Last updated 2026-10-22QUOTATIONS AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
An inquiry is a request for information. Prices, currency, quote validity, specifications, MOQ, quantities, packaging and other terms must be stated in the quotation or pro forma invoice and confirmed in writing.
SAMPLES AND CUSTOMIZATION
Agree on sample scope, sample charges, any refund arrangement, revisions and approval criteria. For custom designs, confirm artwork rights, materials, colors, dimensions, accessories and approval of the final sample.
PAYMENT AND PRODUCTION
Payment method, deposit and balance terms are agreed directly with the factory. Production lead time and its starting conditions depend on the accepted order and sample/material approval. The website takes no online payment.
SHIPPING AND IMPORT REQUIREMENTS
Confirm the shipping term, named place, applicable Incoterms version if used, packing, documents, customs duties, taxes, insurance and the responsibilities of each party in the order agreement.
INSPECTION AND CLAIMS
Agree on inspection standards, quantity checks, packaging requirements and the procedure/time window for damage, shortage or quality claims before shipment. Preserve supporting photos, packaging and shipment records. Custom and wholesale returns or cancellations follow the written agreement and applicable law; this page does not promise a universal retail return period.
These are discussion points for B2B contracting. Final commercial terms require company and legal review; they do not override a signed order agreement.
